Return Eligibility
- Resins & Powders: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- Opened Items: For health, safety, and aromatic integrity, we cannot accept returns for any resin or powder that has been opened or used. Once a seal is broken, the product is considered a final sale.
- Educational Materials: All informational booklets provided with your order are free gifts. They are yours to keep, even if you return the resin; their inclusion does not change the total amount of your refund.
