- Quality Standards: If a specific resin grade is temporarily unavailable due to our strict purity standards, we will notify you immediately via email.
Bulk Orders & The "Freshness Option"
For bulk purchases, we may offer you our Freshness Option. If a new consignment of wild-harvested resin is scheduled to arrive shortly after your order is placed, we will contact you.

- Your Choice: You may choose to wait for the incoming consignment to ensure you receive the absolute freshest resin possible, or opt to have your order fulfilled immediately from our current stock.
- Selection: If you choose to wait for the new shipment, we will provide an estimated shipping date. You retain the right to a full refund at any time prior to the new consignment being processed.

- Signature Requirement: For the security of your purchase, all orders at or approaching $100.00 in value will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Royal Frankincense is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Inspection & Product Integrity: International customs authorities have the legal right to open and inspect any package. Royal Frankincense is not responsible for products that have been opened, sampled, or handled by customs officials. Any compromise to the product's integrity caused by mandatory government inspections is outside of our control and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damages
We take immense care in packaging our resins to prevent crushing or degradation. If your order arrives damaged (not including customs inspections), please save all packaging materials and contact us at sales@royalfrankincense.com within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
